Terms of Use:

  • WebİŞTAKİP is offered as a rental software service (SaaS).
  • The installation of WebİŞTAKİP specifically for a COMPANY/INSTITUTION is done with special pricing within the scope of the offer.
  • WebİŞTAKİP reserves all Intellectual and Copyright rights on software and designs.
  • Within the scope of this agreement, COMPANY/INSTITUTION user information and the data they compile are confidential and belong to COMPANY/INSTITUTION.
  • With this agreement, the parties declare and accept that they will comply with mutual Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights.
  • COMPANY/INSTITUTION When the annual usage period is completed and no new payment is made, the User account will be automatically closed to access.
  • User accounts created by COMPANY/INSTITUTION cannot be transferred or used to another COMPANY/INSTITUTION or person.
  • Payments are annual and are made at the beginning of use.
  • Accounts of users whose payments are not completed are closed.
  • Invoices are issued annually after the payment is completed.
  • WebİŞTAKİP reserves the right to adjust annual service prices.
